07/11/2021 – Vultr Resizing Issue
An issue with a Vultr server being resized by Cloudways. Was a Vultr issue ultimately, but communication and transparency was an issue.
08/27/2021 – Vultr Resizing Issue
A user posted on Facebook talking about how they had an issue with upgrading a Vultr instance. Cloudways Support dropped the ball.
